UTILITY TRANSFER CONFIRMATION FORM

Congratulations, and thank you for accepting our lease offer. To proceed to the next step and sign your lease to make things official, you must first transfer utilities that are the tenant's responsibility into your name (or the name of another tenant on the lease) and set up trash service (if applicable), all effective on your move-in date and provide us with confirmation numbers and your trash service provider information (if applicable). 

Once we have received this form and validated your information, we will send you the lease agreement to review and sign electronically. Time is of the essence. Please complete these tasks within 2 business days of your lease offer or risk having your lease offer rescinded.
